wheres the cheapest place to get some no rinse solution?

anyone? is it available at any local auto stores, or do i have to order it?

i could really use it here in ridiculously cold chicago.

also, does anyone have any experience with this?

Do you mean the waterless cleaners?
I have used Meguiar's Final Detail for this, and it works fine, but I don't know that I would use it for any significant amount of dirt and road salt/mag chloride.
