Have you ckecked the belt pulleys bearings? If not, take the belt out and turn each pulley by hand to feel if those turn without rumble or orthe noises.

Have you checked the idler or tensioner pulleys? A worn bearing in one of those could cause the exact squeak you're describing, especially under load.
