Burning smell after new drive belt?

Installed a new drive belt last week and getting a bit of a burning smell. Much more noticeable on shorter drives - didn't smell anything in my 500 mile road trip over the weekend, but quick drive to the shops made it smelly.

I have a small oil leak somewhere that I haven't had a chance to diagnose but thats been there for months and hasn't caused the smelling.

I also feel like there's a few smells - maybe coolant at one point and burnt rubber or something else?

I noticed that the engine bay insulation was failing and touching the belts so fix incoming for that - tried gluing it and not playing nicely yet.

Any ideas that can help me not panic? Idler pulleys maybe?

P0447 code for awhile now, and also noticed a misfire (no CEL for this one) in third on a hard right turn.
