I have a replacement vacuum canister, but wanted to confirm. Is it just a small phillips screw that holds it in/on?
Yes, a single screw holds it to the bracket.

I noticed the one little plastic line that sorta "wraps around it" (not the one directly connected to the reservoir) is broken in half. I believe that line would go to the electronic changeover valve correct?
Correct, the changeover valve for the secondary air injection.

Are there any other valves/parts I should replace "while I'm in there" (under the manifold)?
A good visual inspection of the plastics: Oil filler tube, long tube that crosses from the AOS to the PCV valve at the left front.
Check the wires that connect to the knock sensors - often chewed by rodents.

I've posted various diagrams of the vacuum system here over the years and they should be easy to find with a search. I can pull one up if needed.
