Rear Storage Compartment Question

Will a storage compartment shelf with the cubby, mount in a car that did not originally come with one? Do I need any other parts, attachments, etc? I'd like to add one, just making sure it will actually match up with my 986 that didn't have one originally.

It uses the same mount points as the carpeted engine cover, just with longer posts, so as long as it comes with the long posts, you will be good.
