Still can’t add fuel

If you haven’t looked at the carbon canister, pull it out and see if it feels heavy. That’s an indication that the carbon is compromised and potentially blocking the vent flow. I also tried leaving the canister out and fueling up; that confirmed that the canister was the problem. Just be careful as not all fuel vapors are being contained.
