'98 Boxter clamshell slamming closed

Mrbill34 Registered User Join Date: Jun 2023 Location: Naples FL Posts: 2	'98 Boxter clamshell slamming closed My '98 Boxter's convertible top opens properly. But when closing top, the clamshell slams closed just prior to top getting to full closed position. Initial inspection found no broken parts. Any suggestions?
