Any idea where I can get an intake temperature sensor connector (pigtail)

I lost my intake temperature sensor AND the connector/pigtail and was wondering where I might be able to get a replacement. pigtail/connector?

Can't find any mew or used pigtails online.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What are you talking about? Intake temperature is measured via the MAF. Perhaps you're talking about the ambient temperature sennsr... the one in the front of the car?

And helpful would be what you're driving.

sorry, I meant the AMBIENT air temperature sensor that mounts in the passenger side grill of the bumper.

All I have there right now is two bare wires from the harness. (long story, stupid story on how it got that way)

I need an oval male(?) connector pigtail that will connect into the sensor (ordered a new sensor, can't figure out what the connector on the harness end is).

Might help if you posted the year and model of the car you want the part for. or look for cars being parted out.

1998 Boxster Base.

Sorry, thought that because this is the 986 forum, that would be redundant.

Oh, soon you'll learn. All 986s are not created equal. Don't assume one part will fit all.

Welcome to the club!
