Restoring the Amber on faded headlights. 🤷

Anyone came across a way to restore faded amber on old headlights. I recently bought a set of fried eggs to LED retro fit and the amber is faded on one side. I know they make amber spray and film, anyone used either with success? Thought they might look good on the orange.
Thanks in advance.

Actually, the lenses are supposed to be clear, not amber. Mine were clear, 150k miles ago...

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually, no they're not clear. Maybe on some swaps... but the 986 arrived with the amber. Look at pics of the 986 lenses and you don't see nearly as many clears as there are ambers.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Please, as I've been known to so be.

You’re both right. 1997-2002 have amber, 2003-2004 have clear.
