Hi,

Using the proper knob will work for switching the digital display to Metric, KPH, °C, etc.

To do this, you turn the Right-side Setting Button (the one with the clockface on it) anti-clockwise and hold it for 5 sec., then release. This will change the settings on ALL versions, USA or ROW. Hope this helps...
