Simple question - Go with Bilstein B4 or B6's

I've read some of the threads pertaining to struts and really can't decide yet. I have a 2001 Boxster S and need front struts. Not looking for anything special and just want the original ride stiffness.

Front reading the threads on this subject it appears the B4's are the stock ride for an S Boxster. If I went with B6's what exactly would change? Can I still use the existing springs? Ride height wouldn't change would it? So, bear with me, haven't done this before and just want to make sure I order the correct struts.

Bilstein's 4 (B4`s) will be exactly the same ride height as the B6`s, the only difference is that the B4`s are the non sport OEM recommended replacements and the B6`s are the sport replacement without lowering the car, they are 20% stiffer than the B`4s. Now it`s up to you if you want to pay more for the B6`s and get the 20% more stiffness, it`s not a bad idea if you want the car to feel more planted and hugging the road a little bit more. It`s all about your preference, they are pretty much the same as far as height goes. The B8`s are the sport suspension replacements, which should be used with shorter and lowering springs.

Thanks. Being retired I think I'll save a few bucks and go with the B4's.
