The one on the left has no hole or nipple. It is just a solid round piece of rubber

Seems like there is some type of stopper/bolt/plug that needs to plug one of the nipple. Porsche optimized the production or inventory so they don't have to keep two different parts. Let's see what I get from Pelican. One of the picture on PET shows 90031204201 as bolt which would plug the nipple on left side of throttle body.
