I'm not sure about the part number, but it is riveted. You have to pry off the padding, which will scare the crap out of you. (If you decide the route of replacing the part). When I did it this summer to install a windscreen, I couldn't believe I was ripping apart my brand new car, but it worked fine. Tool Pants has an excellent thread somewhere with pictures.
