VIPER + TEEN BOY = GOOD IDEA ????

I am just happy nobody was injured. Not the case with a similar situation with a Viper and a teenager in my hometown...

I have never regretted the vasectomy! Things like this reassure me. I believe not having children is the lesser evil than killing them for smashing up my car. It is a Utilitarianism thing.
