Tpms

How do I know if my boxster has a TPMS.
I don’t see it in manual. It’s a 1997.

TPMS optional 2005

When I replaced aflat, the tire guy charged me for a monitor on my 2005. I asked why an he said he was replacing what was there. It appears that the PO got new tires and whoever put them on never checked to see if the car was equipped with the option so he paid for monitors that have no way to report anything.
