Oops. Need help finding shifter frame trim.

Was just installing a short shift kit in my new to me 2001 S. Popped the shifter off (mine didn't pull right off, it had a set screw). I ordered a new boot for it too, as I was kind of prying at the frame piece to see how it would come off, I broke the silver trim piece that's on the outside of the boot. Looking around online, I can find the frame and boot but I can't find the ring trim that I need. Any suggestions?

I did find a whole new frame, boot, and shift knob that comes as one piece with the silver trim, but it's $200 and I'd rather not spend that much. If I can't find anything else, I may have to order it. Pics below. Thanks for any help.

Epoxy it back together, sand it and repaint it. Wont notice it is broken.

Those things are very brittle.

Mine broke the same way when I was installing a new boot.

I tried epoxy adhesive for a repair, but just joining the two ends isn't strong enough when you try and put everything back together.

You'd have to build up the repair underneath to make it strong, however there will be fitment issues.

So, I left mine off and looks like a non-S shifter.

Just to follow up, I messaged the member that is having these manufactured. He will be sending me this piece once his second batch arrives next week. I will follow up in this thread and let everyone know how it turns out. They are unpainted but I already have a can of Arctic Silver spray paint coming in the mail.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Just an update, I messaged the member that is having these manufactured. He is sending one out to me once he receives his next batch. They come not painted, but I have a can of Arctic Silver being delivered today. I will update once it arrives as to the fit and finish just incase someone else has this problem.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
