Driver window leak

So I have a 2001 Boxster and it’s leaking right near where the top meets the A pillar. I recently replaced the entire top with one with the glass window after my previous had the bad plastic window. I noticed that the weather stripping has some damage but nothing horrible. The window also looks alittle low I tried using the adjustment screws in the door and I’ve adjusted them enough where the bolt is loose and I’m not sure if I should keep turning I don’t want the bolt to fall out. I got the roof off a wrecked car I’m hoping it’s not physically damaged in a way that’s causing this
