Front motor mount while you're doing the water pump. Check the transmission mounts and AOS while the clutch is being done. Do the water pump if there is no record of a replacement. Over time the plastic impeller blades will crack and break off due to many heating and cooling cycles. Then the pieces can travel into the heads and get caught in small passages, leading to hot spots and cracked heads. Have them flush the cooling system as good as they can if there are any broken impeller blades on the old water pump, to get as much of them out as possible.
