Pushed Front Driver Drain Tube Through

Tried to clear front driver's side drain tube and it pushed right through from the top

What should I do other than kick myself for not cleaning regularly

I did the same thing a while back and was able to get it re-connected by reaching in between the fender liner and frame. A little fiddly but it is secured back in place. In retrospect, it would probably have been easier to remove the fender liner.
