The part number is 9865043930001C . And just to make sure, rear left means it is on driver side right?

It's mounted using two tapping screws (99907306102), one spacer sleeve 99950734801, one speed nut 99950734801, one support 98650459300, and one speed nut 99950734801.

I suggest you figure a cheaper alternative.

Just to clarify - this part fits in front of the rear wheel, not behind the rear wheel.
