Changing Boxster S 2001 Rims

Hello fellow Boxster owners,

I want to change the Rims on my 2001 Boxster S, which are pretty used up, and I was wondering 2 things:

1. Can I go with the same size on all for wheels (opposed to having 7 inch wide in front and 8.5 inch wide on the rear) ?

2. If so, what is the maximum witdh I can go in front without needing spacers ?

I'm sorry if that question was asked before, but I search and can't seem to find the anwser.

Also, if you have any good canadian website selling that kind of rims, I'd be very thankful.

Put this in your favorite search engine:
"site:986forum.com square set-up"

You didn't mention if you are using 17" or 18", but the posts that come up in that search are a good place to start.
