Find a 987.2 base Boxster with a 6 spd and some miles (60K). Would probably cost around $19-22K, would be virtually bulletproof, and good for 100K more miles. Plus you'll get 30mpg on your drive.

Same here, good to see you back! Lots of great advice but I am guessing in the long run you will be happier and less costly if you just give in and get another Boxster
