You may want professional help to get in the car without tearing it up. Or if you have access to a pneumatic wedge and / graduated prise bars, then slide a padded hook in to pull the opposite door handle. Pulling the inside handle will Probabaly open the door for you. Depending on how it was locked, you may have to pull it twice.
Then once open and inside, it sounds like both the mechanical and the electrical parts of your door lock will need repair or replacement. There is plenty of info on here abour how to do this. BOL.
