Ocean Blue can look almost purple under certain light but so can some of the other blues (maybe that will help you rule it out?). The second picture makes me think it isn't Ocean Blue, even though it's probably the most common of the various blues. It's going be really hard to ID the color without putting it next to a real life paint sample.
