Scuffing Noise

Another member had a spring loose inside the emergency brake drum and it was making noise. You may want to check your drum brakes.

Thanks for your great reply. i hadn't though of that, Ill pass that on to my mechanic.

I had this on mine. It was the dust plate on the back of the disc. There isnt much ‘move’ in it but it got a press/push and noise gone. This could be a solution.

Agree with the spring comment also.
