You can pull the bulb, but it won't help with the double beep or battery drain.
The windows not dropping and the intermittent door light are both caused by bad door latch switches (or more likely cold solder joints on the latch circuit boards).
These bad latches should be your first priority as the car won't even go to sleep with that happening.
