Rear axle support for jacking up

Guys, is it fair to say that either of these locations is fine (circled red + yellow), with a preference for the more forward subframe/crossmember area (circled yellow) highlighted by @Tailwind (and which I believe the Bentley manual suggests as well)?

Yes, the yellow area is the best for balance, but the red spots will also work just fine.
