Wret Registered User Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Maryland Posts: 275	I've used the dyes on a prior car. I would never use it again though in all fairness I tried to darken a light colored top. It was streaky and uneven and would wear off and you could scratch it off. I eventually got over my fear of new fabric and have replaced tops several times since then.
