Intermittent CEL 0650

Any one deal with a intermittent CEL 0650? It came on after putting my stock manifolds back and I have not done any other work to the car since. After about 3-4 drive cycles it'll turn off but appear again in another 3-4 drive cycles. I've tried clearing it but it came back.

All i know is 0650 is a malfunction with the cel indicator light. Any input on how to diagnose this?
