If the RMS leaks so much that oil is getting on the clutch you'll not only need a new RMS seal but also a new clutch.
I don't think your problem are caused by a master or slave cylinder or can be fixed by a clutch fluid bleed. This would cause additional symptoms like a pulsing clutch pedal for example.
