I bought the ROW M030 kit from Suncoast Porsche in late 2016. This picture shows the list of parts that were in the kit and the part numbers. Porsche periodically updates parts and then there are superceded part numbers. When I put the list together, I saw that a couple of part numbers had already been superceded. To get to ROW M030 you would change springs, struts, sway bars and sway bar bushings. I think it would be the same to get to US M030 as well, springs would still be stiffer but not lower the car. The rear sway bar on an S model may be the same regardless of standard or M030 suspension, I'm not sure on that.
