Still a strange noise

I have a small clunking sound from my right rear suspension. It occurs when I go over bumps and the car is cold. I just took to shop to fix twice. 1st time they tightened and greeted sway bar bushings. 2nd time replaced bushings and sway bar links. What would warm up and then stop making a noise? The shop said everything looked good. They checked and retorqued the strut mounts. Could it be something as simple as the roof frame bouncing a bit. It occurs whether the roof is up or down. It drives fine and straight. I'm stumped. The shop is all ex porsche dealer guys so I'm assuming they know what they are doing. Suggestions?
