A consignment twofer has landed in my lap:

85 911 coupe (no pics until Sat) - manual, 105K mi, blk / gray

70 Chevelle SS - silver / blk, 396 L34, auto, buckets

My question is - besides Hemmings and NOT auction sites, where else should I advertise the SS?

Husker, these cars are very popular everywhere! I wouldn't fool around with anyone but a forum that is dedicated to the auto that you are trying to sell. Here is a forum that specializes in Chevelles and no other cars,

Thanks for the suggestion. I had a thread in ChevyTalk about the SS and someone there suggested the same website as you.

Been fun learning about 70 SS's. I was 11 yrs old when they were new, so I knew a little bit about them (although I grew up in a Ford family). Know a whole lot more today.

Now on to selling the 911 and Spyder.

Been polishing, cleaning, and detailing the 911. She turned out spectacular.
