2000 Boxster PPI- help

Got my PPI done today on a 2000 with 88k miles on it. Sell price approx $12,000. Car is modified and has aero kit on it and lowered with coilovers. The car doesnt have a cat installed however owner said he would include muffler, cat, and header in sale. I live in Houston so kinda depends where you go for inspection to pass/fail with no cat.

Wanted to get your opinions on the compression test and fault codes. Anything to worry about?

Looks like the compression and leakdown is good. Engine seems to be in strong and great condition.

Garage
Most of the codes are due to no O2 sensors because the catalytic converters are missing. Looks like someone disconnected the Check Engine light to hide the fact that the O2 sensors are missing.

How long have you been looking for a Boxster? I would be very picky since there are many out there. Take your time.

This is a base car? Guess I shouldn't have sold my 2000S for $7,200 last summer...
