Here it is, for those that asked... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260034591582

I forgot to add... after delivery and installation I'll buy the original mirror and remote display (if you have one) for $25 each, if the buyer wants to sell them.

Chris.

I knew it would happen!

good job Chris! I have had the BMW one for about 3 years now on my 318i and it rocks. It can be hard to see in strong sunlight but it is ********************en. I knew somebody would do it for the Boxster mirror. The real problem now is where to hide the V1 unit. On my bimmer, I have it clipped to the visor, but hidden completely inside a small kleenex box!! with a cutout in the front for the sensor and a hardwire to the map light for power. I have been pulled over and the cop never even knew it was there.

Good Job!!

My V1 is on a bracket between the seats, it is much less obvious than on the windshield but probably wouldn't fool a cop. My main aim was to make it less obvious to try and avoid someone breaking in to try and steal it. I'm not sure if a similar location would be effective in a four seater although I know people with 996's that have done the same.

When the hood is up you can only really see the outline of the box, you can't make out any details. Also it is attached with Velcro so it can be removed easily enough if the need arises.

Heh... I've travelled since I was 4, never really for in to (English) football. If anything it would be Sheffield Wednesday but, truth be told, it's all Patriots and Red Sox for me!

I am a big liverpool supporter since the great sides of the 80's. I just make it a point to ask Englishmen that I run across who they support.

Wednesday may make it back up to the prem given enough time!!

I like the Pats though. But in BB its the Dodgers all the way!!
