I have a strange haziness on the outside of the right headlight. It's on the outside of the lens rather than the inside and is only on the right headlight. The lens on the left headlight is as clear as a bell. I tried unsuccessfully to clean off the haziness but the buildup material is rock hard and I'm afraid to scratch the lens.
Anybody have an idea of what this material might be and how I might remove the buildup? Is this perhaps the uv protection breaking down?
