The soft touch interior bits were an "upgrade" for 2003 I believe. My bad sections are where the shoulder belt come out from the sides of the car, the belts have just rubbed those areas up bad. Everything else in my car is in pretty good shape. Apparently this was a thing for a while on many car interiors, my son had an early 2000's Ford Ranger pickup truck that had it too, and Ferraris have it pretty bad. If you do a google search of "ferrari black plastic interior part refinishing" you'll find discussions of StickyRx and StickyNoMore. These companies have developed processes to refinish pieces better than OEM. I don't know the cost but I suspect it is very expensive. You'll also find SEM Projducts for do it yourself kits and info. I haven't tried any of these things but I've seen them and they may worth taking a look at.
