Just a quick question - did you clear the codes or are you assuming that the codes will clear by themselves once the problems have been resolved?
At least on my Boxster, just disconnecting and reconnecting the battery will sometimes set a code or two (A/C, IP, Airbag, who knows...) SO, any time I disconnect the battery I run through all the systems using my Durametric and clear any codes that were set... If they come back after clearing them, then, and only then, do I suspect a problem...
