Valet Wedges Porsche 911 Under Subaru, Creates Tower Of Boxer Engines
If the valet thought it was in reverse instead of first gear, he still must have been going for an aggressive launch, no?

... don't forget this is in Australia, and in $AU. New price would have been somewhere around that. Realistic price now though, probably 1/3 that.

I thought that the M96/97 was NOT considered to be a "Boxer" engine. Something to do with compression/exhaust strock synchronization?

A boxer engine has separate crank throws for each piston, which is the design of our Boxsters.

The M96 & M97 are Boxer engines. Ironically, the Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer of the '80's is not.
