How long for a pro to remove and reinstall a roll bar?

I started the process and realized it was a jungle I didn't want enter. My guess is a lot of stuff would end up ripped or broken. Figured best left to a professional.

Ok, no takers. How about DIY? I figure the best thing to do is remove roof and frame?
Can it be done without destroying all the sound proofing? Is the sound proofing glued or just placed in?
I have a new bar, I painted arctic silver and added the center stripe to match hood and trunk. Not sure if best left to professional.
Thanks

Remove the roof and frame. Soundproofing is glued in, so you have to be very careful in working it loose. If I remember correctly, there are some carpet pieces in the way as well.

I believe there are a few threads here somewhere about removing/repainting.
