Non-matching Clear Headlight Corner Piece ??

I recently replaced my headlights with clear halogens, however, the clear corner piece doesn't seem to match the rest of the headlight.

Is this normal or are my old eyes playing tricks on me?

Thank you!

This is normal. They should look a little darker, like they have a very slight tint.

Agree. I had the same question when I replaced mine.

Hi,

On a similar note, I am looking to replace my corner trims and would appreciate advice if anyone knows if the parts available online (auction site) are just the lenses or come with the gray piece that the lens mounts to? My lenses are cracked and in the corner have broken off the mounting piece behind. I want to make sure I buy the right part whether they are separate items or come as a single unit.

Thanks,

Paul.

They are one unit. The clear piece on the front and a grey plastic piece on the back. They have a couple tabs on the back that attach to the headlight.
