That is a high pressure crimp system, it cannot be reconnected. Replace the entire line.

Thanks for the response. Do you mean that just the black rubber hose can be replaced if I take the blue line out, or do both need to be replaced? Trying to accomplish this in the cheapest way! I think I could take the blue line to a shop and they can fit a new hose there , but what do you think?
