Smile New Engine-- Any rebate on Ext. Waranty??

Porsche Aust. are replacing my engine under an existing Extended Waranty. However, since the new engine will have I presume a 2 year waranty is it not reasonable to expect the the next years ( due Oct.) Ext. Waranty to be cheaper by the proportion of the new engine waranty?
Has anybody had this situation and what would be a reasonable portion of the waranty to to deduct for a new engine.
I haven't broached this with Porsche yet because I want to try and get a feel for what has happened elsewhere.
As an aside I have to say this is one of the best Forums I visit -- well done Guys & Gals!
Cheers,
Glenn " from Downunder"
