I have to disagree with that. You are not changing any of the alignment settings.

I bought 4 15mm spacers with extended lug bolts for $54 shipped off eBay last year. It's just a simple machined plate so it's not really hard to get right (and yes I did get hubcentric ones). $260 is WAY too much for what you're getting. I've had them off and on several times and have been pretty rough on the car including thrashing it on the Tail of the Dragon. The bolts are doing just fine.

Untrue. Alignment does not change with spacers just as alignment doesn't change if you install wider wheels and tires.

I was just under $130 for the stud conversion kit and 4 15mm hubcentric spacers.

I messaged the vendor to ask some specific questions.
He confirmed they are an R14 ball seat lug nut and the studs & lugs have a 14x1.5 thread pitch, as does Porsche. I may have bought a red herring, but I reasoned that if the thread pitch and lug nut seat are the same spec as my car, I may not have screwed myself.
Spacers were from eBay vendor titanwheelacc. They don’t have the set I bought up for sale currently; but I bought a set of 4 15mm hubcentric 5x130 spacers to fit Porsche & Audi. They cost me $62 & free shipping.
As of yet, I haven’t got the goods in my sweaty little hands.
In laws come home from FL end of next week, so I hope to have installation complete as soon as the pull out of my driveway.

I got my 20mm spacers for the rear yesterday, and installed them last night. I took before and after pictures, trying to exactly match the angles, which is surprisingly difficult to do if you don't use a tripod!
Before, after, and another after showing how the wheel is now out to the edge of the wheel well.

I went to a track day yesterday, and realized I should have probably gotten 15mm spacers for the rear, because now the balance is different. Before the spacers, the handling was just right, very neutral. But now it understeers! Just a little bit, but it is a demonstration of how little things can affect the balance of the car.

I recently installed Eibach lowering springs on my '01 base model, all stock suspension otherwise. I'm planning on running 15mm spacers in the front and possibly 18mm/20mm in the rear.
Here's how the car sits now. I definitely want to get rid of that gap.
I'm thinking 15mm will fit in the front without rubbing, but the rears is where I'm not sure. I'm leaning towards an 18mm in the rear so I don't risk the fender as much.

It doesn't rub with the 20 mm spacers on the rear. I've done a track day, and no evidence of rubbing at all.

I'm going to Hershey on Saturday. What are the key words I need to buy spacer?
15mm aluminum, hubcentric... Anything else?
