And yet again someone rubs in my face something I've been wanting to do...sigh. :)

I wanted to go this route because I thought this badge would look really good on Arctic Silver, but haven't done so because I also have the gold wheel badges and the gold steering wheel badge, and if I did one I wanted to do all. If I remember correctly, I can have the wheel badges done, but what do I do with the steering wheel?

yessir, you can get centre caps with black crests, and regarding the steering wheel ...

So, I noticed your badge gasket is not surrounding the badge as it's supposed to. They seem like they are too small, so warm it and stretch it around the badge off the car, then reinstall.

LOL It was just setting on the car. I just have been trying to get to fit around the badge when I saw your post. Their site says to cut off the edge of the gasket to use the old one.
Did you buy a new gasket?

Thanks

Yes. I also cut the center hole to help expand it a bit. Without the gasket it is easy to pop the badge posts.

This is the best I can do. For some reason just can't get curves to the bottom. I'll leave it for a few days and see if I like it. 😐

detail work is under estimated, it is all about balance & harmony ;)

...that maybe? It MUST strike you, anything else is not really working.

I'm Ok with it. I really wanted to see what it looked like ran to the bottom but I guess I'm not at that level yet with my wrapping. I rounded of some edges and improved it a little. Just need more practice.
