Strut Replacement Shopping List - Am I missing anything?

Here is what I have in my cart currently:

Front Struts - Bilstein B4 98634304120 (x2)
Rear Struts - Bilstein B4 98633305120 (x2)
Front Strut Mounts - Lemforder 99734301801 (x2)
Rear Strut Mounts - Porsche 98633305906 (x2)
Dust Sleeve - Febi 99634350500 (x4)
Front Strut Bearing - Porsche 996-343-515-05-M100 (x2)
Coil Spring Pad - 996-343-511-00-OEM (x2)
Bump Stop - 996-343-301-02-M260 (x4)

Is there anything I don't need? Anything else I need? Are the rear strut mounts available OEM from anywhere? I can't seem to find them. Same with the front bearings.

Thanks!

The rear bump stops are a different part number than the front, it looks like you have 4 of the same part number in your list. I only ever found Porsche rear strut mounts for around $100 each unfortunately, but got Lemforder in the front for much less.

I replaced bump stops, front strut mounts (had visible cracks, but rear did not so I reused them) and struts when I did mine, but reused the rest. My front strut bearings were still smooth and when I gently opened them, they were still good, no dirt in them, so I gently closed them back.up.

Might be a way to save a few bucks if you can reuse some stuff. Good luck with your project!

Los Gatos is a pretty mild climate for cars. I think I'd carefully inspect and evaluate. Don't replace stuff that's not worn out or broken. IMHO

On other cars I've had, the strut bearings can be repacked with grease. Probably the rear strut mounts don't have much wear, even in hi-mileage cars The bellows don't necessarily degrade. Neither do the coil spring pads. In other words, just do the struts. Autozone will loan you a really nice spring compressor.

Rock auto dot com sells Bilstein struts, about $190 to $210 each. They sell B4's and B6's.

Look up the Rock auto dot com discount code for 5% off, and they do charge for shipping.

Cheers, mate.
