Auto dimming mirrors.

RobertKing Registered User Join Date: Jun 2017 Location: Visalia, Ca Posts: 136	Auto dimming mirrors. My 2001 Boxster S rear view mirror seems to be malfunctioning. There is a darker area about 1/2 inch around the edge of the mirror which I assume would normally be lighter if the mirror were functioning properly. It does obscure the view so I'm thinking of replacing the mirror. Any recommendations?
