Post-AOS oil leak

In eight years my car had never leaked so much as a drop of oil, until the day this January that the AOS let go in a big way. Major smoke screen, cylinders got hydro-locked with oil, repeatedly stalled, had to be towed. There was a puddle of oil on the flatbed tow-truck.

Had the AOS replaced, and the car runs fine, but I am annoyed that I've been dripping oil every since.

I will be looking for the source of the drip soon, but can I get some clues as to what it could be, and where I should look? Thanks!
