The Nine8Six (the car) is dead, can't start

Is the carpet really that bad? I just pulled mine out to the console used a shop vac to suck the water out of the padding and let it dry for three weeks while I was on holiday and when I came back was all dry then I scrubbed it real well and sprayed some spray that I bought at Canadian Tire to get the smell out of the carpet and it now looks like new.
