Changed the ignition cylinder...

Man, was it fried....

Tried on Saturday to it under the dash, but I am simply too tall. I have bruises on my head and arm. Under the dash, I was able to get the inferior screw loose, but couldn't see or get to the top one. After 1 hour of trying to do it, I gave up...

Today, I decided to go through the left side of the dash, taking off the vent and headlight switch assembly.

Still a PITA, but much, much easier. Took about 40 minutes today.
